TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 Order Information:  All information pertinent to each product must be stated on the
Sales Order form.  You will be notified if data is missing.  Orders with insufficient
information will not be processed until all information is received.

 Pricing:  All pricing is F. O. B. Factory.  Any posted prices do not include freight,
installation, or taxes.

Terms:  Bankcards -Amex, Visa, Discover, & Mastercard.  Company checks are
accepted and open accounts can be established with approved credit after the
initial order.

Cancellation:  All orders are considered firm orders and not subject to cancellation.

Merchandise Return Policy: DTI Furiture must be contacted for permission to
return any item.  These returns, if allowed, are subject to a service charge of 25%
of the invoice.  All freight charges on returned merchandise must be prepaid,
otherwise they will not be accepted.  Any custom merchandise cannot be returned.
Credit cannot be issued if returned merchandise is not received in good condition.

Freight Damage:  DTI Furniture is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in
transit.  Before accepting merchandise, carefully inspect the carton for damage.
Any damage (slight dents, etc...) or shortages should be noted on the freight bill.
 Unpack and Inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt.  If there is damage,
make immediate claim with the delivering carrier.  In the case of concealed damage
not identified until the merchandise is unpacked, keep the packing, and notify the
carrier for inspection.  Claims against the carrier must be made within 10 days
and shortages reported to DTI Furniture within 72 hours of receipt.  Failure to
make such claims shall constitute acceptance of the merchandise as delivered.

Warranty:  There are several manufacturers of the furniture shown on this website.
 Any warranty on the furniture  purchased shall only be that of the specific manufacturer of the purchased item.  Any product liability shall also only be that of the manufacturer
of the furniture purchased.  D. T. I. Furniture will provide the manufacturer's warranty information to the buyer concerning any furniture upon request by the buyer.  In the
event of a claim, the decision on the course of action is relegated solely to the
manufacturer and D. T. I. Furniture shall not be deemed responsible for a manufacturer's decision or course of action.
